Grant Program Guidelines

Wenger Marel Charitable Grant

Organizations must be a 501c3 nonprofit organization.  An organization may apply using a 501c3 status of a supporting organization.  Applications will be accepted during two grant cycles per year.  The organization making an application should have a connection through location or employment with the Wenger Manufacturing Corporation headquartered in Sabetha, Kansas.  

A committee will review all applications and make final decisions concerning grant acceptance.

All grant funds will be distributed through the Greater Sabetha Community Foundation to the nonprofit organization.  If the grant is going to an organization that does not have a 501c3 IRS status of its own, all invoices, bills and dispersements will be paid directly to the vendor.  

The Greater Sabetha Community Foundation will work with the Wenger Marel Charitable committee to announce and advertise the grant awards and the results of the grant with press releases, photos, etc.
